I was apprehensive at first about getting a trainer but then I met Taj and she makes you feel so relaxed and she doesn’t judge you, she really becomes a life coach more than just a personal trainer. Since starting with Taj in January of this year (‘18) I’ve gone from a size 16/18 and 13st 5.5lbs to 9st 12 and a size 10/12! I’ve gone from saying that I hate running to being able to run 45 minutes! I can’t believe how happy, confident but most of all fit I feel.     Taj is a fantastic personal trainer who helped me in many ways. When I asked Taj to help me to lose weight, I was over 15 stone and feeling very unconfident. I had got stuck into a way of living which was unhealthy and damaging. Taj helped me to work out not only the behaviours which were part of the unhealthy lifestyle, but in some ways to work out the causes and enable me to work on solving some of the issues that made me behave that way. She not only came up with a training plan, but also a dietary one. The bespoke training plan she created was just for me, which not only helped me lose loads of weight, but also built strength where I needed it to enable me to work towards my goal, the dream of doing the Camino de Santiago. Losing that weight gave me a confidence I had been lacking for a while. I started dating again, and left the house each morning not wanting to hide my body in the way I dressed. Taj’s dedication to me, and understanding when sometimes I would make a mistake, led me to trust her inherently to guide me through my weight loss journey. I went on to complete 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, which would have been impossible without the strength and confidence Taj gave me. Later I would go on to complete another Camino, and then walk 1200 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail. Doing these amazing things have given me great experiences, and huge confidence in my ability. It all started with an email to Taj, and her willingness to help and stay positive, motivating me all the way and seeing me through. She really cares. Thanks Taj!

    Taj is a brilliant fitness trainer; with Her positive energy and helpful tips it was surprisingly easy to make great progress. I was quickly turned from somebody who would laugh at the idea of going for a run; to a keen enthusiast for a morning session 🙂

    Taj is an excellent personal trainer as she is knowledgeable, challenging and always pushes you to perform at your best! She encourages you to be healthy and strong; each session always different so it never gets boring and initially goes through your diet and nutrition to start you on the right path. Taj has taught me a lot about myself, but mostly that I can do it if I put my mind to it! Exercise no longer feel like a tedious chore, but something I have actually found I enjoy and believe it or not, something that helps me relax! Every week you will begin to notice little changes; feel stronger, go further and a slightly looser waistband! Taj is very friendly and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks Taj.

    I always thought of myself as a reasonably active person that did not need any coaching, but I struggled with motivation and spent a lot of time 'exercising' for few noticeable benefits. I was a bit shy to approach Taj but my only regret now is not having done it sooner. Taj has given me a clear, simple and organised approach that has been physically challenging but extremely rewarding since I've been able to spot my training mistakes and work on my areas of weakness to really get to where I've always wanted to be. Taj's genuine interest in my wellbeing and routine has given me the commitment that I've always lacked to tap into my true potential, and after only a couple of weeks, I can really tell the difference between wandering in the dark training and working with a true pro! For anyone with a fitness goal, whatever level you're at, I cannot recommend Taj any higher 🙂
