Why train with U Kandu Fitness?
Here, the focus is on long term, sustainable results that are rooted in wellbeing, and self love. If you're looking for a trainer who promises you a 6 pack in 6 weeks and will put you on a strict diet of chicken and vegetables, I'm probably not the right trainer for you. If you're looking for a trainer who will take the time to get to know you, understand the challenges you face, and work with you to develop long-term strategies to incorporate physical health into your lifestyle, you've come to the right place!
Where are you based?
I am based in Leamington Spa, in Warwickshire. It's a great location because there are plenty of parks we can use for outdoor training if that's what we decide to go for, or I can come to you. Don't be deterred from getting in touch if you live further afield, though. I offer alternatives to face to face training that will be as effective. Location isn't the defining factor in whether we work together. It's whether we connect! Tech can make all kinds of magic happen!

Why use a Personal Trainer?
If you're determined to get healthy and have struggled with motivation in the past, a trainer can help. There is plenty of information about workouts and diet online, so the real function of a trainer is on the accountability side. Having someone in your life who is focused purely on that aspect, who will dedicate themselves to making sure that you are prioritising your health and fitness along with everything else you have going on, hugely increases your chances of successfully achieving your goals.
I’m ready to begin! How do I book?
There are two ways to do this. The first is to drop me a message via the contact form or email at enquiries@ukandufitness.com and we can begin to discuss your requirements and get an initial consultation in the diary.
The second is to go ahead and book a slot with me via the online booking form, which can be found HERE. The first step is to book a free, 30 minute consultation so we can have an informal chat about what you are looking for from a trainer, how I can help, and for you to get a sense of who I am and vice versa. Once you’ve booked a time, I’ll contact you and we’ll arrange the finer details, such as where is best to meet. Generally I find that meeting in an informal, neutral space, like a coffee shop is best for the consultation, as it’s a relaxed environment, but everyone has different preferences and I do my best to accommodate that.
